20% deposit payable immediately upon reservation. Balance payable in full 21 days prior to arrival (N.B.: mail takes +15 days.) Security deposit required at check-in: $250 (refundable at check-out after house inspection)
No pets allowed.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 12:00 noon.
Cancellation Policy:
For major holidays (Christmas and Easter) Payment fully refundable if cancellation made at least 90 days prior to arrival 20% deposit non refundable for cancellation made from 89 days to 60 days before arrival. Full amount non refundable for cancellation made 59 days or less before arrival.
High and low season:
Payment fully refundable if cancellation made at least 60 days prior to arrival 20% deposit non refundable for cancellation made from 59 days to 22 days before arrival. Full amount non refundable for cancellation made 21 days or less before arrival.
Insurance:
Estrella de Mar owners will not be responsible in case of accidents within or on the exterior of the villa. Therefore, all guests must be responsible to and make sure that they purchase travel insurance to cover any incidences.
