- Lint and sealed bandages
- Knee supports
- A course of flagyl antibiotics
- Imodium (Lomotil) for emergency diarrhoea treatment
- Paracetamol/aspirin (useful for combating the effects of altitude)
- Multi-vitamin and mineral tablets
- Rehydration sachet
